Taco Bell opens a new restaurant in Promenada Mall and reaches 17 units nationwide

The Taco Bell network in Romania is expanding with a new unit in Bucharest, which opened in Promenada Mall. This is the brand’s sixth restaurant in the Capital and the 17th in the country. The total investment for the project is approximately 500.000 euros.

The brand maintained a solid growth rate in the first semester of 2025, with sales reaching 50.1 million lei, up 18.4%. Also, increased its profitability considerably in H1 2025, reporting 49.7% higher operational profit in the restaurants up to 4.7 million lei, and a growing net profit by almost 254% compared to the same period of last year.

The restaurant is situated on the 2nd floor in the food court area of Promenada Mall, located at Calea Floreasca 246B, Sector 1. The unit has over 110 sqm and is operated by a team of approximately 20 employees, and is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Customers can either serve the products in the food court area, or order them through the online platforms, the Click & Collect service, or opt for takeaway.

Within Taco Bell Promenada Mall, the net income that a Crew Member (Kitchen Worker or Cashier) can reach is 3.600 lei from the third month of collaboration (for a full-time program). The amount includes basic salary, meal vouchers, and bonuses granted according to internal criteria. Employment is not conditioned on previous work experience; the main qualities sought in future colleagues are positive attitude, motivation, and the desire for personal and professional development.

Launched in Romania in 2017, Taco Bell became the third brand in the Sphera Franchise Group portfolio, alongside KFC, Pizza Hut, and Cioccolatitaliani. Currently, the network has 17 restaurants in 10 cities: București, Brașov, Constanța, Cluj-Napoca, Sibiu, Timișoara, Ploiești, Bacău, Iași, and Craiova.
