Taco Bell launches a loyalty program dedicated to its customers, within your own mobile application

Taco Bell, the QSR (quick service restaurants) brand internationally renowned for its Mexican-inspired products, operated in a franchise system by the Sphera Franchise Group, relies on a strong digitalization and innovation strategy locally, focusing on solutions and platforms designed to meet the needs of consumers.

With the launch of the Taco Bell Romania mobile application, available for both iOS and Android, the company also launches Taco Bell Rewards, a loyalty program for its customers, based on the gradual accumulation of points: for every 5 lei spent, the consumer accumulates 10 points . Also, when creating the account in the application, each new user receives a Crunchy Taco from home. As points in transactions are accrued, rewards can be accessed: points in exchange for points (Nachos, Izzy Cheezy, Beefy Griller, Crunchwrap Supreme or Cheesy Bacon Fries Burrito), as well as special offers, available exclusively under the loyalty program, with 50% off popular menus and boxes (Big Bell Box, Cheesy Bacon Fries Burrito Menu, Duo Box or Crunchwrap Supreme Menu).

The points resulting from the transactions can be accumulated regardless of the ordering method and the channel used: directly in the restaurant, through the kiosks, the Click&Collect service or orders placed through the partner aggregators.

The integration of the two platforms, Click&Collect and Taco Bell Rewards, allows users to access both the website and the mobile application using the same account data, the status of transactions and points obtained can be viewed in the history of the user account.

The brand also rewards users who invite their friends to download the Taco Bell Romania application and create an account based on the unique invitation code, generated from the “Invite friends” section. Those who join the invitation receive 50 points in the application, as do the friends from whom they received it.
